Unlike most wolf roleplaying sites, we implement stats. Stats determine what you character can and cannot do. These are decided at character creation and cannot be edited without items so make sure you have them how you want before you submit your application. This guide will help you understand how stats work but they're pretty explanatory.
First there is strength. This is how strong your character is physically. It is used for physical attacks and any physical work, such as lifting something.
Then there is dexterity. This is how agile and fast your character is. It's used for dodging, swimming, running, and other things that require quick reactions.
Next is knowledge. This is how intelligent your character is. Knowledge is used when your character needs to figure something new out, like if something is poisonous or not. It's also used for magical prowess. Charisma is how much presence a character has. It's used when you are trying to charm/intimidate another character.
Stats are only used when requested or during monster hunts. If you want your character to be charmed by another character, that's fine. This is used to help keep the fighting fair.
You're also probably wondering where health is. Health is determined mostly by level. Every time you post or fight, you gain experience. When you gain enough experience to gain another level, you are given either 5 hit points or 1 stat point.
---
Now that we know basically how they work, let's talk about first time stats.
When you are making your character, all stats start with a base of 10 and you are given 15 points to spend as you like. You may take points from a stat but you cannot go below 7. Once a stat reaches 15, it costs double points to get to the next point and after 20 it's triple. This is to keep people from making OP characters.
Once you have your base stats, modify them according to your bloodline. Here's an example of what a Level 1 Gray King might look like.
HP: 10
Strength: 17 (+1 for bloodline)
Dexterity: 15
Knowledge: 9
Charisma: 13 (-1 for bloodline)
As Gray Kings are a more physical rather than magical, they chose to put the most points into strength, plus the free point from their bloodline (15-7=8+1). They also added more to their dexterity so they're character could be fast moving (8-5=3). They took a point from knowledge because they probably weren't going to use it much (3+1=4) and finally they added the rest to they're charisma to make their character intimidating. However, the Gray King bloodline doesn't do so well with words. (4-4=0-1)
There are of course, a lot of ways to do this. It's all up to you really. <3
